■This machine uses plastic bags with a unique bottom-up bag feeding design, keeping the bag mouth open without the need for blowing air, ensuring zero defects in opening the bags. For heavier packaging, it features a lifting design to bear the weight and a bag mouth flattening mechanism, achieving perfect packaging using PE and PP plastic bags.
■The packaging machine operates entirely through a human-machine interface. In case of a malfunction, it will sound an alarm and display the fault location and how to resolve it, making operation simple.
■Plastic bags come in rolls, making them easy to purchase and cost-effective.
■The plastic bags are sealed on both the top and bottom, providing high strength and an attractive appearance.
■The plastic bags can withstand up to approximately 5kg without damage.
■Customizable soundproof box design and manufacturing is available.
Target Audiences
■Suitable for small-batch, diverse packaging needs; simply manually weigh the items and place them into the packaging machine. Efficiency is increased by 2 to 3 times.
■It can be paired with automatic counting or automatic weighing to become a fully automatic packaging machine.
